In line with the 2020 UWA Crawley Campus Masterplan, the University has been exploring a range of options for our Nedlands and Park Avenue sites.

We are comprehensively investigating alternative uses for our landholdings as we move forward with future planning.

The Planning Process

We are currently developing a Draft Masterplan that will serve as a guide for the future use of these sites.

We have assembled a team of consultants which has the expertise to provide valuable insights and advice throughout this process.

The Engagement Process

Since early 2022, we have been actively engaging with our staff, students and the community, and appreciate the invaluable input we have received to date.

Those who registered to participate have had the opportunity to contribute through surveys, focus groups, workshops and drop-in sessions. These activities have provided a platform for you to express your opinions and help shape the future legacy of the Nedlands and Park Avenue sites.

Stay tuned for further updates.

Engagement activities for the final draft Nedlands Masterplan are currently on hold. To help cater for the ongoing high accommodation demand the University is currently undertaking engagement activities for the development of student accommodation on a portion of the site. Find out more.

At the same time, we are continuing to investigate complementary land use opportunities for the remainder of the Nedlands site and will keep you updated on our progress.
